Has anyone done astral projection?

I've tried I've managed to do something where i ended up in a different 'reality' but still could feel my original body

My host was close. He felt extreme body vibrations but didn't manage to pop out.

I’ve tried! To no avail.

I once felt completely outside my body watching every one of my senses projected over a external figure that was my body and the surroundings (which was the mind version of my surroundings).

It wasnt depersonalization though (i didnt feel dissociated at all) all that i was seeing was me in some way, the whole 3d view was my mind (edited)

I wasnt seeing anything in the normal sense of it, i was seeing brightness where my body felt contact with the seat, i was seeing the sounds arround my body (from outside) I was seeing my attention being drawn to structures arround me and drawing them in 3d (i had closed eyes) I was seeing the wind against my body.

to clarify, abdullah... tulpas and other such things akin to DID, dissociative identity disorder.. isn't a disorder. there's a few ways to tell if you have DID or if you're simply plural, so your headmate existing isn't necessarily bad. there's also ways to manage troublesome headmates.

My headmate only wants illegal things So You tell me what it is

It's generally not okay for people to try to give unqualified professional mental help online, so we really can't help you here.

you'll be fine my guy, ik it's tough trusting a stranger, especially in person.... but a therapist would have much better insights and help for you. if the ones in your area haven't treated you well, there's places to turn online that'll provide you a much wider access to some therapist somewhere that can help you on audio or video call.
